I had a great experience very kind but my issue is was recently I applied for tourist visa on September 11, 2017 and I recently received my passport back and I was refused and not given a reason since then I sent 2 emails and 3 Facebook messages and 1 phone message been 2 weeks still no reply back. Someone seen my Facebook message... I just want to know why I was refused and when I can reapply.
Although Visa renewal fees is just outrageous - $192/person !!! Yaeeks...

They received 2 visa applications from our side on Monday. Notified us of the missing documents on the same day. Twice when they couldn't reach us. So I emailed the stuff early Tuesday morning and Wednesday both the passports were in our mailbox. With the visas. I'm so impressed by their efficiency and responsibility (the 2 phone calls). 5 stars for sure.
Excellent customer service and staff attitude, extremely helpful in resolving issues and ensuring clients are not turned back, which is in total contrast to what happens in Pakistani government depts.. keep it up, a candle in a dark room..
