Worst experience possible. Unprofessional, unintended, and above all unwilling to work and/or show effort to do service, proform work.
After visiting this place I realized why I left home country at the first place.

I really hate to leave negative reviews but the BS embassy absolutely deserves.. Very poor and time consuming application process. Staff unprofessional and and have no intent to be polite. It takes them 2 months to issue a passport, just because the law gives them that much time... Are they manually gluing the pages?? They brought the Balkan bureaucracy and they think it`s cool. It was my first and last time there. Somebody needs to remind them that employees in public institutions serve the people not to make themselves important. Miodrag Petrovic
Things were done efficiently in a Bosnian-Herzegovinan way. lol Not only was the service excellent but the entertainment value was rated a solid five stars!
They need a better phone operating staff, you can never get in contact with them unless you call 50 times in a row, very unprofessional.
I hope I won't have to come here again.
