Do not use this embassy. It cannot be trusted.
I explained to the lady how I needed my passport back by Saturday, and she waited till Friday evening to ship it, even though the whole week prior I was told that she would ship it promptly and I shouldn't be worried.
I had to drive ten hours at night to retrieve my passport in the end.
