Service was good, the young lady in reception was very friendly and efficient. My document was notarised within 15 min. Good experience.
Called to make appointment but really rude..the visa lady was yelling to me on phone and was not helpful!
Extremely rude staff who are a disgrace to the EU. They have no idea about EU Directives or the rules concerning family members of EU citizens. If it were possible, I would have given zero stars.
