I had a minor issue at this location, but after speaking with the manager Mark, he took care of me right away, and got me on my way. The service he provided was fantastic and I definitely appreciated his help. Returning the car was quick and easy, and the shuttle bus back to the airport was very fast. 5 stars all the way around.
Overall I will absolutely use Nation again.
National always has top-notch customer service and vehicle choices, and Midway Airport was no exception. Executive Elite choices were great. But I frankly am having difficulty renting from National for leisure use because their rates are always much, much higher than others like Avis. I often use Costco Travel and National isn't even offered as a choice. I'd love to use National for all my travels but their rates are simply too high for almost all leisure rentals
Flew into Chicago to be with family and attend a funeral, so while this was a stressful time, our experience with National was nothing but a positive one. Easy to find the shuttle bus at Midway airport; we didn't wait long at all for the bus to fill up and the rental garage was a quick ride over. Friendly, helpful driver.
The rental process for pick up and drop off was by far the easiest, fastest, most convenient rental I have ever had. The phone app was also great.
At the National Car Rental facility, during both pick-up and return, employees were accommodating, friendly and helpful. Overall we were very happy with our car and National remains my top choice for our rental car needs.
The ONLY reason I am giving them 4 stars is because my rental (full size truck) was fairly dirty on the inside. It had food throughout the seats and under them. The left side had a decent size dent but that was not a huge deal to me. I just would prefer to not have food in my rental with the family.
First time renting from National. I have always rented from Enterprise for years. I was recommended to National from my father.
National rental car at this location is wonderful. They are not only polite and friendly but are efficient and helpful. They are there directing you and ask you if you need help. They check you in and out quickly. Once I left my garage door opener in the car and got it back in less than two weeks. They were extremely helpful and polite. It's a pleasure to return a car there. Can't say enough good things about all of the staff that works there!
