Bad experience, didn't have the car I reserved and economy car, said they'd give me what they had, a luxury one, "had" to add the $20 insurance since it's a luxury car... Swiped my only form of payment without telling me why or how much, ended up being a $250 "authorization" that got declined... Had he of told me he was charging me I would have transfer more than enough money into the debit account (considering he didn't make me aware of a $200 deposit), then proceeds to tell me once a card is declined it can't be used for 24 hours... Great so now I'm late for my appointment because you have no cars to start, you screwed up the transaction and now I'm taking a $200 uber to the suburbs. Get it together.

Don't waste your time. Insurance company sent me here. They rarely answer the phone and could not tell me if they could provide me a car. Went to Enterprise instead, it's just down the street.

Update: haha you didn't think this could get worse did you? Well it did. After being there for an hour I finally got the keys, didn't sign anything, wasn't explained any charges, and was handed the keys. It's not like I have a job or anything to get to that I'd be using this rental car for... Oh, and the cherry on top was on my way out I couldn't get out of the parking garage because there was no pass to leave the facility so I spent a good ten minutes talking with the garage operator. What a terrible experience.

I made a reservation through Expedia, and was quoted at $110, including insurance. When I arrived at the location, they were not able to find me in the system. When they finally did, they said they did not have the car I had reserved, but could get me another car at the same cost. No big deal. Here it is, the day after I return the car, (early, mind you), and I am being charged $1100. I called them to ask why, and they told me I asked for an upgrade, which was an additional $100 a day. I explained to them the situation, and they said they would refund the upgrade amount, but I was made out to be a liar, as I did not have a receipt. I told them I did not receive a receipt as the guy behind the counter could not give me one since his "printer wasn't working." They told me I should have made him give me a hand written receipt, and that they were doing this on "good faith." Needless to say, I am not happy with the situation, and will never rent with Hertz again. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys.

Boy, I do not typically write reviews, but I feel it is my duty to you, the common man, as I am being royally screwed by these guys.

Used this place for a rental set up through insurance. Tried to call when they opened and didn't answer so I called my insurance for help, they got contact, but said their "printer system" was down. There are other options locally and said I could go there, but the manager Chris said I could stop by this location and he would assist me. I arrive at the facility, which is in rough shape (dirty walls, carpet, overalls grimy), and there is no Chris. The lady who is at the location is trying to help and very nice, but she needs training. Apparently she has never done this procedure before. She is calling back and forth with Chris, who is "tied up in meetings", and sounds like she's using his log in info to get this settled. I've been at the facility for about an hour now and still no car keys. At this point, there's no way to redeem this review.

Have used this location several times, never had an issue.
