5 star service and employees. 3 star hours of operation. No later evening returns or nighttime key drops.
I cannot wait to return my rental and never use their services again.
I was excited to return to Avis due to the outstanding service I received in years past, but the disparity between then and my current situation is enough for me to write a bad review, as well as never return to Avis again.
I've had good experiences with this Avis location. My only criticism is that cars cannot be dropped off outside of business hours, which is understandable in the city, but still limits travel options..
I was able to pick up and drop off my rental car easily. The facility was conveniently located.
As a healthcare professional who regularly provides outstanding customer service with documented feedback I couldn't believe it. I will address this on their site as well. That behavior needs to be fixed as I am sure I was not the only person who received this treatment.
Rude customer service over the phone (as in not willing to listen to what I had to say, only saying because it was prepaid he couldn't leave a note on my reservation). He did not give his name (I didn't bother to ask), but I disregarded it as a glitch and maybe when I come in person I could clear it up, just as in years past. I was wrong.
Easy place to pick-up your rental car. Within 10 minutes you drive away with your rental car, they don't try to sell you additional (unnecessary) things. Drop off also went smoothly. I had a good experience with this AVIS location.
The next person, after explaining what I dealt with the previous day, was just as disinterested and was rude as well. I arrived earlier than my reservation time to see if I could make myself clear. He (Glenn) acted as if I was taking up his time, but his actions led me to believe he couldn't wait until I was out of the door. I made no unkind gestures, looks, or remarks.
