The bus picked us up promptly at the terminal and took us to the rental facility nearby. I use a wheelchair and they handled it expertly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Even the lady who checks your paperwork as you leave the terminal wished us a nice visit. The fast and friendly service as we returned the vehicle was appreciated along with a smooth trip back to the terminal. Vehicle was well maintained and clean. We paid for a full tank and the price per gallon was as good as I saw during the trip. We probably won't fly in to Midway next time because our destination is Bloomington and Indianapolis is nearly as close and doesn't have Chicago traffic.

Computer glitch with my reservation, but the human manager was eventually able to get me on my way. Then other humans had to follow up later to move the payment from my personal card to the corporate account. So the experience took a lot more human effort than it should have. I'm thankful that enough humans know how to work around computer problems to keep us on the road.
My only complaint is that I asked if I could use my pier status to get an upgrade and no one could try something for me.... other than that service is amazing! That’s why I give 5 stars
Service was good. Compact car ok. Only thing is - last rental in Sept 2017 I paid a lot less than what I paid this time. How was that possible. I did not request any waivers. Help me understand how I end up paying more this time around.
Where to start at the counter please, courteous, patient. They were having some computer issues but remainded professional the only thing I would like to see if the kiosk like other rental spots at midway. The car was CLEAN and again staff was great. I will definitely rent from them again
