We are on our second annual membership and love it. Getting the parking pass was key. It’s so nice to have an easy place to go with little ones on the cold winter days. Being able to do other fun pier activities is also awesome.

Would have been nice if the staff informed us they were soon to close when we arrived and paid full price for three tickets ($48). Oops! We would have come another day if we had been informed, but still managed to see most of level 3. Our three year old was the right age for most of the exhibits, but I could see that older children were having just as much fun. The tinkering lab was our favorite. Our little guy (almost 1 years old) was a bit left out, as the infants area was shut down with a posted sign stating limited hours. If you have a baby, call ahead to make sure baby areas are available. The nursing room on level 3 was in the kid town, with no door, just a curtain. On this busy day, kids and dads were coming in and out of the nursing room not realizing what it was. Not a calm or private area to nurse, and while there were designated chairs for nursing moms, people were not observing the signs. Not the museum's fault, but there should be better areas for this so mamas can spend time there with their kids in a nurturing, family friendly environment. This appears to be an older museum, but still lots of fun with thought-provoking actitivies. Definitely not the best we have been to, but it was fine.

What a huge and cool museum! We went on a free Thursday night (5-8pm is free, at least during the summer) so very obviously got our money's worth. Our 6 year old found at least 10 different exhibits that were all very entertaining. He was particularly excited by the ladder climb where he could use a combination of cargo netting and platforms to climb from the first floor to the second, then cross a wooden suspension bridge to emerge. The exhibits were all creative, in good shape, clean, and some even very educational. We spent about 2 hours and perhaps could have spend another hour or so. Great stop, especially for free!

Great place for events very clean. Amazing views when your outside. Had a great time when I was there.

Awesome place for kids to learn and be part of positive activity. They have wonderful themes including Dino search to fire dept. one thing I would say is it is expensive to go there. However, when I came out with kids they were happy so worth it in the end. The video section is really cool and my kids loved to share their experience.
