Wow Uptown bikes is the best. The people there are extremely friendly and are always willing to give a fair, unbiased opinion on what you need whether it's new gear, a new bike or repairs.
Love the staff here and they educate you! Been going to them since I've moved here so so happy. I come every summer and also this year getting new tires on my bike!!! They are truly awesome!

These guys are amazing! If you can't drop your bike off at this location; they have another store located by CTA Argyle, which isn't far, but the only con, is that the CTA Argyle location isn't open daily like this location. Not much of a bike selection, but the bikes that they do have are very affordable. Their repairs are very affordable as well.
I've stopped here a few times in the past to look at bikes, or to put air in my tires, but this time i needed a minor repair on my bike. It took them over an hour, but that is because this location gets alot of customers, which isn't bad timing considering the little manpower they have. After riding my bike, i noticed a huge difference in the feel of my bike, and the decreased grinding sound of my bike.
Service is fast and friendly! No salesman mentality and I can come in knowing my bike will get fixed quickly. Came in here multiple time and never had any issues. Has that Uptown nitty/gritty vibe but super firendly and I love it
They replaced my old worn out tire with a continental ultra sport tire, and i most definitely can feel a difference. The repairer also mentioned putting oil on my chain, which is probably the reason why the noise is gone. Im very excited to have my bike back; even though I've only been out of commission for only two days, hehe. These guys totally took care of me, and made my "2003 Giant TCR Composite 1" feel like new again.
I have been going there for 3 years and purchased a bike there. You can't beat uptown bikes.
