Thank you Michael for getting back to me. I appreciate you taking the time to acknowledge my concern. I fortunately purchased a bike from a different retailer. But knowing that you have taken the time to address an issue I had, is reassuring and hopefully if I have any questions or concerns with my bike I can come to you for assistance.
I am currently in the market for a bike. I read the reviews on this place, and I thought I would stop by to see if they can offer me any service. I walked in, no one said "hi, just one second. How are you?". Or even looked at me. Regardless I figured they were all busy, so I started to look around until someone could assist me. No one! And I mean no one! Acknowledged that I was there. I saw the prices, an even thought they are decently price I knew I could get a better service and a deal at a different non profit resale. I was only in the store maybe 5 minutes until I left, without purchasing a bike.
Anthony & crew hooked it up! They took my stripped bike (only a frame & wheels) & converted the bottom bracket, upgraded the gears, replaced all the hardware & put on new handles & seat in 2 hours for $250! Thanks, Ciclo, for not being a snobby, douchey bike shop like so many others out there.
Good people good cause good prices!
If you want a good group of bike experts to educate you & build/repair your bike without feeling like an idiot - go here! I'll be taking all my bikes here from now on!
