Highly recommended compared to some other bike shops in the area. It's a close knit family run business it seems. They have a wide variety of bikes on the floor and the mechanics are knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are very fair and their willing to go above and beyond for their customers. My all-time favorite to-go bicycle shop. People who work there are always just awesome, approachable, and they really know their bikes. Back in a day there was a lady working there (not sure if she still is) who set all time high standards in terms of customer service. Reasonable prices, convenient location, and good product selection.
Can't get a hold of them on the phone. Their voicemail box is full. They don't answer emails. Apparently they don't want your business if you don't walk into the store. But I don't walk into a business until I can verify they have what I want. Trying to support a local business, but they aren't making it easy.
If buying new bike, also so helpful, with many options, and you can go for test ride. Way better all-around experience than other shops, highly recommended!
Good shop but it sucks that they don't work on brakeless bikes.
This will be my go-to bike shop: great service with no pretentious hipster attitude! I went in with an issue, they very kindly explained what was wrong, and laid out several options. Not pushy and not condescending like some other places. Repair service not expensive and super fast.
