I asked him about renting bikes, but I never made it to end of question. Halfway through he transferred me to a guy named Louis who was very helpful.
Never have I called a place of business and been spoken to so rudely.
I called this place on Memorial Day, guy answers: Kozy Cycles"......
They have a huge selection, which other bike stores lacked, and offer a free tune up on your bike. Can't beat that!

How is it even possible that you would be working in a retail situation and just flat out talk to someone like they are nothing more than a burden. Absolutely outrageous.
My husband and I go to Kozy's for all of our bike needs. They have a knowledgeable and friendly staff that is willing to provide you with suggestions based on your experience level, specific bike, and price point. Sherdon specifically is great and always willing to offer helpful tidbits about the products/accessories to help with making the best decision.
I spent hours of researching online and in store for a new bike to get the most bang for my buck. When I went to Kozy's, I was helped immediately and the staff was able to help make my decision in less than 30 minutes. They made my life easy trying to decide on my new bike and couldn't be happier.

Can you even begin to imagine treating a customer that way? Because what "I want" is to purchase a $1200.00 bicycle. And I did. I bought it Sunday at the Schwinn shop.
I called Cozy's on Memorial Day weekend. It was shortly after the store opened. Guy answers the phone "Kozy's". So far so good. I say "Good morning, how are you?" The guy pauses before saying, "Busy, what do you want?"
Not friendly staff work there ! Specially one of the managers who wears glasses. I believe his name is George, he is rude, ignorant and unfriendly. He behaves as you come to his own house and ask to give you staff for free. Do not recommend anybody to talk to that guy . There is another "good man" his name is Peter , same not friendly at all . Also they newer follow up with you if you preorder parts or bike with them, you have to call them many times and no one has answers for you. They always say that some will call you back and in 2 days still no call. That happened with me. One of the issue I had with this location and people work there is I order bike from them and ask to add extra detail for which they say would be no problem. I did put down payment, but month later i still did not get my bike. I had to follow up with them every week checking if my bike will be ready. By the end, I just canceled my order because was told that they will not be able to add the detail I asked for month before to my bike.I don't really understand where is the top Boss of this place ? If they ever read reviews ? Looks like not because if they would read reviews they will never keep such unprofessional and unresponsive people to sell their products.
