The good: Everyone from the cashier to the service guys were friendly and helpful. Went in with the purpose of looking for a U-lock mount, and not only did I find one in 2 minutes (thanks to help) but also they installed it free of charge. I was in the shop for a total of 10-15 minutes with a mission accomplished.
Great customer service. Bought a new bike here summer 2017 and they have always been helpful with repairs and maintenance (free 1st year adjustments are great and I cannot emphasize enough). Reasonably priced and quick.

next destination and locked the bike up only to hear the back tire explode as I was walking away. I carried my bike back and showed the bike mechanic. Not a word was said but he began fixing the tire. When giving the bike back, he mentioned the tube was twisted. No apologies, offers for additional checks on my bike, or anything from the rest of the staff. 2-3 weeks later, the same tire popped as I was riding it down a busy street. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location to have it fixed since I cannot have trust that I can confidently ride my bike without fear of my tire exploding.
The not-so-good: Place is definitely old and has seen some days, so it's weathered inside compared to some newer bike shops. Kind of a grimy feel. But honestly, that's okay, it adds character and it suits the employees well. They embrace it.
