Friendly yet unprofessional. I was given a repair completion time of one week. When I arrived I was told repairs had not started. The individual even made a joke about planning to start the repair but not starting them. I was given a new competition. The following day at 1pm. Repairs were not completed and the bike had only begun to be worked on. This is unfortunate. Due to this stores lack of professional I missed one of few opportunities to hang out with a friend and a whole day of riding. At no point did the store call me to inform me of the lateness.
Courteous, Professional and Efficient. Usually I fix my own flats. However, I was experiencing pain in my hands and couldn't utilize the tools. My bike now rides perfectly and I am very happy.
IF there would be 0 stars I would give it to these guys. I came yesterday to drop off my bike so they can find out the issue for my back wheel motorized bicycle. The guy told me we will give you a call in the morning I came in the shop @2pm and the guy made me stand a whole 15 minute chit chatting with his employee and I was still standing until he seen me and started talking about what I wanted. I told him I dropped my bike last nigh and he was giving me tips about motorized bicycle and my whole question isnt about my motorized bicycle it was about my back wheel excel. The guy started to give attitude and told me to step away. After all that disrespect I toke my bike and threw his card they gave me in the garbage. The worst place you'd ever go for Bicycle advice.
They give an estimate on your bike even if you're not buying. Try it out. I got a list of three possible repairs, two of them optional, and one that seemed kinda important (bracket replacement).
Absolutely the worst customer service ever.
