I came in with my old bike that was getting squeaky. Murphy immediately starting fixing it while I asked him how much he thought I could get for it. -- the bike is pretty old and isn't really the right size for me. He had great suggestions on where to sell it and how much he thought was reasonable listing price (although I'm kinda bummed Kozy's doesn't buy bikes). And since my current bike isn't a great fit, I talked with Ryan about a bike that would be better. He immediately pointed me in the right direction given my biking habits, but didn't pressure me to buy on the spot. Instead we found a bike that was only in my size at their other location and without any pressure he encouraged me to head over and check it out. So, I left knowing a lot more about the bike I'm looking for and in the meantime I'm able to enjoy my squeak-free bike at no charge. Thanks for the great experience, guys!
