Had Disc Brakes replaced,not working properly,went back several times paid for parts not needed.Went to different Kozy they told me Brakes have not been changed I need to pay a Third time.How can one Kozy changed them and charge me twice and another Kozy tells me they have never been changed..time for legal advice
Dropped off my bike for assembly out of the box. Cost $40 flat– much cheaper than other shops who quoted me. My bike was ready to ride in a few hours. Good experience, would recommend.
They have a great selection of bikes, but that's about it. Customer service is spotty and the salespeople are not helpful at all. You are not greeted when you walk in and even on slow days, I found myself trying to find someone to help me out as I was researching different bike styles. Prices are competitive and I would only recommend going to Kozy's if you already know what you want. If you are researching, definitely go to other shops before you buy anything here. 3 stars only because they have a large selection, but don't expect decent customer service.
