I Iike to try and fix my own bikes, but I'm still learning a lot. I've yet to stump this guy. Hes helped talk me through multiple problems, and has the parts and tools I've needed.Helpful and knowledgeable, and for me, right around the corner. Great local shop
I've gone in for numerous things like tires, brakes, chain cleaner, to pump up my tire and some body work. He started recognizing me after a couple visits and was always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
I've been here twice and the man is so helpful, friendly, and not trying to sell you or upsell you on anything you don't need. Genuinely wants to help the bicyclists of Chicago, def recommend him!
This is my second time going in to fix my Trek Multitrack and only have great things to say. Gary is super helpful and courteous. I am by no means an expert and both times he has taken the time to explain exactly what is happening in terms that I understand. He is quick and professional. Would definitely recommend this shop!
