Had a good experience with the staff and the facility at first. Then our cat became very ill while at home. I called VCA to set up an appointment because she needed immediate care. The first woman who answered was extremely rude, put me on hold for 15 minutes, and then hung up on me. I called again and a different woman answered who said they had just gotten an emergency call a few minutes ago and they couldn't take our cat. So, if the receptionist had been competent enough to remember I was on the line, my cat could've gotten cared for much earlier. Our cat eventually passed later that day (it was congenital heart disease) and I do not blame VCA for that, but I will not be bringing any future pets to this location.

Ridiculous Price Gouging. They wanted to charge $1500 for removing my cats tooth. A tooth! The doctor seemed knowledgeable, but pricing stuff that much is ridiculous. Plus, they kept changing the price on vaccinations for my cat. Ended up going elsewhere for half of the price they charged for their half off special.

I saw a different doctor every time I have taken my cat there and it didn't seem like the best thing for her continuity of care. Also, one of the vets, Dr. Garza, made me feel very pressure to get an expensive test for my cat. Also, the services are on the expensive side it seems. I do like how their records are very clear and they were able to email me results of the tests, and the fact that they communicated with the emergency vet I took my cat to as well. In addition the vets took time to speak to me on the phone about symptoms and options.

Won’t be back - adopted a rescue dog so had to go twice in 3 weeks to get all vaccines. But continued to recieve emails and mailings that we were overdue. When at the clinic tried to sign me up for all kinds of services. Settled on monthly mail shipment of the heartworm which was never processed. Will be seeking another vet for future services.

Worst vet practice I've ever been to. The place itself is dirty, dilapidated, and definitely not sterile -- I wouldn't feel comfortable taking an animal there for anything where there's a risk of infection. Worse than all that, though, the staff (including the doctors) are rude and incompetent, in my experience. A few weeks and five or six visits later, my dog is worse off than when I took him to this dump and now has new problems caused by them. I don't write reviews online, but this place is so awful -- I highly recommend you stay away from it.
