I took my puppy here because he was very sick, vomiting and not eating. We brought him here and had to wait an hour to be seen when we had scheduled an appointment. When she finally saw us, she looked at my puppy heard the situation and said he probably has some sort of obstruction. Not once did she touch my dog, take temperature, feel his belly, not a single thing. This was a terrible experience for me and my puppy. She literally looked at him and said he probably needs an x-ray. No medication was suggested no course of treatment recommended. This was the biggest waste of time and money, my dog is obviously still feeling very sick. We took him to another vet and they actually took care of him and gave us a plan on getting him better.
Dr. Sarah was amazing! It was hard finding a vet that sees hamsters but she took very good care of my Max.
I was ripped off by this vet. I asked her for a health certificate in order to fly abroad with my cat. When I arrived at the airport I was told that the certificate didn't have a seal and that it was an incomplete certificate and that she didn't have all of her vaccinations. After an 8 hour flight I had to wait 3 more hours at the airport because I needed to wait for a certified vet to come and do all the correct procedures that I had paid for before.
She's always in a hurry, trying to do multiple things, at the same time.
I'll not go there, again.
So thankful for Dr Sara. This a great hospital for any kind of animal caring people
She's renovating the place, & hired more personal, so she's coming up with all kind of extra fees
