My girlfriend and I brought our dog here a day after Christmas. He suffered random seizures and fainting. They immediately took him in and started working on him at our request before we even signed any paperwork. This place saved his life and we are forever grateful.

The staff is wonderful and friendly. The facility is spotless. The prices are a little high, but the staff is knowledgeable about enrolling in different pet insurances.

While in Chicago on vacation, my 7 year old pitbull had a pretty bad blister and swollen rear leg so I decided to bring him to premium vet group. From the get-go, the nurse came out and was skeptic about running a full check up on him and flat out told us she didn't want us to get charge the $109 if it's not necessary. She took my dog to the back for a quick visit to the ER vet. They told us to keep it clean and he should be fine. I appreciate the honesty and the professionalism. Saved us a headache and a lot of money.

I hated to give bad reviews, But with this review I hope to help others! Yesterday my 3 year old Yorkie was in labor for about 12 hours, I was worried because I believe (I'm not a VET) My dog couldn't deliver the pups normally, So I am thinking she would need a C Section, So my vet recommended to premier animal Hospital. They did an examination on her, not sure what they did!! So they walk us to the room, The Doctor was asking me a couple for questions, So I had ask the Doctor to see if it's normal to be in labor for such a long time, and her response was she wasn't sure, she wanted to get an ultrasound, to see if the pups were in distress, and the cost of that would be $435.00 that includes the $109.00 visit

I hope I never have to go back there. But if I do, I know I'll be in skilled, trusted hands.

Horrible service, brought my dog because she was having complications giving birth, I was scared for my dog’s life as well as the puppy’s. The front desk lady gave me attitude when I asked if I could have a room, and the nurse that came in kept rolling her eyes and providing horrible body language. Both women kept on insisting on me filling out a paperwork when I am anxious and scared to know what is wrong with my dog. The front desk lady comes in later letting me know the Dr. said blood work had to be done, and if I can afford it, it’s $300 and something dollars. She later asks, “well what can you afford?” People come in here for help since it is an emergency vet hospital, and this place seems to be more worried about the money rather than providing help for our pets.

As is the case with any ER clinic, very long wait. Kind employees but slightly better communication and perhaps periodic updates would be better suited opposed to putting us in a small room for 70 minutes before a nurse stops in to take the vitals.
