Super friendly staff. Handled my 15 y/o pug and my 4 month old puppy very well. They are not afraid to come here. Vets offer a variety of treatments and they never pressure you into anything. Great place!!
I took my dog here after being sent all over for emergency surgery for my 13 year old dog. I called and they put him on the next day. I'm so great full for all the doctors and staff. You guys are heaven sent. Everyone was so kind and so sweet to my little old man. The staff kept me posted on how he was doing before surgery and the doctor called immediately right after surgery to let me know everything went well!! My dog has recovered and is doing well!!
Nice and friendly staff and Vets. They have very convenient hours for 7 days and parking. Office and exam room are pretty clean and comfortable for my cat. The front desk staff is very helpful for making an appointment easily. Dr. LaFave is professional and patient to explain the examination of my cat. Highly recommend! A+++++.
We have been taking our English Bulldog to Met Vet for the past four years, it's a short walk from our apartment and easy to get to. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, especially when we walk in without an appointment. They do their best to get us seen if it's an emergency. The space is clean and contemporary. They know Ruby, our pet, when we walk in and always make her feel special.
I recently moved to Chicago and my dog became very ill. They were responsive to me and my dogs need to be seen immediately. All the staff were attentive, thorough, and supportive. My dog is on the mend thanks to them, I now have secured a vet in the process!
