The worst customer service ever! The girl at the desk misspeaks and acts like it's your fault. She mixed up my address, said they gave my dog phenobarbital instead of prednisone and acted like I was crazy for questioning her statement. All they care about is money, not your pet. They tortured my dog when cleaning his ears, gave him a lot unnecessary medication. The follow up visit was with another vet who told my mom it was allergies because dr saviori had prescribed prednisone for inflammation of the ears but the second vet assumed it was for allergies, now dr saviori is backtracking and saying it was for allergies when he clearly told me it was for inflammation of the ears! All the while acting like I'm being unreasonable for asking questions after I paid them $370. My dog lost 12% of his body weight in between visits which is why I am concerned. Also I noticed when I got him back from treatment his penis is now misshapen when it was straight. I knew I shouldn't have trusted them alone with my pet. Don't make the same mistake I did. Oh and this second vet is impossible to reach apparently. I guess I'll have to start putting my questions in writing to dr frask.

My first time in my life I go to an animal hospital. My dos is 105 dog years old and had a Big mass of cyst under her leg. He said to put her to sleep. And the cost to treat her was over 2k!!! I paid the 40$ for the morphine shot and with 20$ at the dollar tore and one hour of my time did the job done. 1 month later she recovered and gain weight. She is happy and healthy

Took my cat in for an infection cause by another cats bite. My cat began to lose a substantial amount of weight due to this and the vetenarian knowing well that the cat was too weak offered a neutering job. I agreed since I didn't want any more cuarrels between all my cats and so felt that since it was a professional oferring the service he must have known better but now after about 10 days my cats has passed away. I believe these team of people took advantage of my desperation for my cats well being that they just threw in a bunch of procedures only for the charge. Clearly to them pets ar only a means of getting money. My advice to their future patient's parents is to not let your emotional state cloud your better judgment when offered a bunch of procedures that they say is " better" to add on.

I am posting this review almost a whole year late, but I hope this will help shine light on this facility. They only care about your money. They know you’ll pay anything for your pet’s health and they abuse their right. I took my cat here the day after Christmas because I noticed she had blood in her stool. They performed an exam and X-ray for $137. They said she needed to be sedated in order for them to perform further tests and they charged me $39 to sedate her. They charged me $49 to have a urine test EVEN THOUGH my cat had peed on herself in her carrier bag and they were unable to extract any urine from her. They also gave her a “convenia injection”, which I later found out it’s usually used for skin irritations. My cat did not have any skin irritations, I just wanted to know why she had bloody stools. This is a service I did but ask or come in for, but had to pay for anyway. They also charged me for additional medicine to take home. At the end of the day: I was charged $300, my cat was sedated out of her mind, they charged me for things she didn’t even need, they charged me for a urine test that they weren’t even able to perform, and THE WORST of them all, they did not tell me what was wrong with her. They said test was inconclusive and they sent me off with some pain medicine. Mind you, this was the day after Christmas. As you can imagine, every penny counts this time of year. The holidays are exhausting to one’s wallet. I was extremely upset. I felt robbed somehow and they still weren’t able to tell me what was the reasoning of my pet’s health issue. I will never come back to this facility and I never have. I am only writing this review now because my sister’s cat has become ill recently and she tried to go to this hospital. Luckily, they were closing soon, so they did not see her, but they did refer her out to another ridiculously expensive hospital that also stated her X-rays and exam were inconclusive and they needed to perform additional tests and surgery. I am glad that some people have had a positive experience in this animal hospital, but for me, it was the absolute worst and I would not recommend this facility to anyone who is thinking about coming here.

Unprofessional and seemingly disorganized. The head vet seems way too stressed every time I go. I'm under the assumption that they are not staffed efficiently (actual vets not "vet nurses"/students). It's place I'd recommend if you desperately need a vet that's close by. They are not somewhere I'd like to be a permanent customer at.
