I went out shopping for Black Friday and comparing a few different furniture stores to see where the best deal is. The room place was the first store I went to but I didn't purchase initially, wanted to make sure the price was the best. It ended up that they had the best deal because not only did I get the discount but financing for five years with no interest. I ended up getting a really great mattress and one of those frames that moves up and down and a nice sectional and it's all costing me under 100 bucks a month. My sales lady was also really great. Her name is Korrina, I went back and asked for her. She was pretty funny and not pushy and helped me pick out the right mattress, because I was confused as to what is what. Sending my cousin over there today, they still have the sale until Sunday. I recommend.
I wanted to take the time to give this room place location a 5 star rating. I recently purchased a sofa and i couldn't be more pleased with the service i received from Korinna K. She was friendly, opened minded and gave us great ideas. She asked us qualifying questions, likes & dislikes of our old sofa and showed us items in our budget. She was prompt and explained everything to us. Make sure to ask for her at the door for a great shopping experience.

I came to the room place on Harlem Avenue two weeks ago and purchased a new TV stand and cocktail tables and I just wanted to review the wonderful experience I had here. The girl that said hi to me by the door, Korinna, helped me pick out what I wanted and answered all my questions about the quality and differences in prices. I'm in the restaurant industry and I really appreciate good customer service. She was friendly, polite, helpful and helped navigate the huge showroom. The decor in the store is really great and the way the rooms are set up is very helpful when it comes to getting ideas for your own house. I'll definitely be back again for my next purchase.
I just bought my first condo. I needed everything; living room, bedroom, dining room. Fred, the sales manager, at the Harlem store, was very knowledgeable, and had great insights for this first time buyer. Unfortunately, the sofa I selected just would not fit in the elevator in my building. I returned to the Harlem store where Luis took care of me. I chose a somewhat smaller sofa. As luck would have it, THAT sofa didn't fit in the elevator either! Now, understand that the guys who delivered both the sofas tried their best, it just wasn't to be. Returning to the Harlem store a third time, Mike stepped in, I ended up choosing a love seat. Mike was empathetic to my plight, and guided this third transaction smoothly and professionally. I really cant say enough about the great customer service that I experienced at the Harlem store. From the sales team; Fred, Luis and Mike, to the young women who handle the paperwork, I couldn't have been treated better. And the furniture is beautiful!!!
