The salesman are not pushy, they’re straightforward. Not the typical “let me assume things about you and tell you 18 features that you didn’t ask about.” Naturally, they’re knowledgeable and know all those features if you ask, but they’re not hard selling. They let you walk around in peace, they don’t pace after you, which is appreciated.
The worst customer service and all arpund business practice i have ever experienced. No extension on pickup this place does not care about any of its customers avoid this location at all costs. Unless you want to be treated like trash
It was the fastest most effective furniture trip I have taken. In and out in 30 minutes with the best mattress. Great customer service.
Lovely furniture at a fabulous price with quick delivery. Couldn’t be happier. They were able to order something I saw at another store at a much cheaper price.
Wish I had read the reviews before shopping here. I wasn't that impressed with the selection in the store in the first place but made the mistake of ordering a couch with a custom fabric. I was informed it would take 4-6 weeks but was fine with that. Then we received a call a week after the order was placed that it would actually be an additional month beyond the original delivery date quoted. We called today to follow up and were told it looks like it would be delayed another month. Now the 4-6 week delivery is 10-12 weeks from the date of order. We also couldn't cancel the order because we would be charged a 25% restocking fee for a custom built couch that wasn't never "stocked" in the first place. The first red flag I noticed but didn't think much of at the time was the fact that the sales girl didn't seem that interested in selling us anything other than this particular brand of couch. I had inquired about other pieces of furniture and she just completely ignored it or brushed it off. This wait is definitely not worth the cost of the couch, the cost of the "restocking fee" or whatever amount of commission she made off us. Online retailers have better selection, better modes of delivery and a better return/refund policy than this place.
We’ve bought couches, bedroom furniture and a mattress here, all quality items. Great, fair prices for the quality of merchandise and reasonable delivery options. I have and will continue to recommend.
