The owners could take this review either way, I don't care but this is the most honest review they will ever get, they can ignore it, or work on improving their customer service and expanding their customer base.
We've now purchased three large items for our living room from this wonderful store. The Customer Service is fine considering they're in sales but not overbearing salesmen which is greatly appreciated. On that note, the gentlemen here are very helpful, quick and easy transactions. The one time we needed a delivery, everything was delivered and arrived on time and as expected. The reviews here are interesting as it seems people are concerted with it's tight space and lack of a "fancy showroom". Also, relax.... Not everyone is online, has time/money to invest a self managed computer database. Keep up with your own paper work, receipts and they'll work with you.

The replacement table did take a month to come in, which I don't really blame Marjen for since I don't know how their replacement efforts work with distributors. But once it came in we scheduled delivery and it was smooth.

Worst customer service ever. These guys don't know what they are doing I ordered a king size mattress but instead they sent me queen and when I told them to exchange the mattress they asked for a $1000 more what a joke and they don't even tell u they don't have return policy. The guy who worked there is extremely rude who even misbhaved with my mom, wouldn't recommend going there.
Here is the deal, if you are looking for cheap affordable furniture and you don't trust online stores, or want to physically see the product before you buy it then this is the place to go, experience will vary per customer, some will rate it high because they went in, ordered and got their stuff on time with no issues and didn't have to deal in person with any issues, some like my self had to deal with issues regardless if it was their own fault, or not (mine was my fault) and then they will have to deal with the only negative side of this place, customer service, place operates with the old mentality that didn't hold the customer on a high pedestal regardless of the situation, which sadly in this day and age is a must have with all the online competition going on, would I go there again? properly not, I didn't like my own experience and it kind of left me with a bitter taste in my mouth and I wouldn't do it again, I waited to write this review because honestly if I did two years ago I'd have given them 1 star, it's cheap but keep in my you get what you paid for, for me the sofas I got barely made it two years before starting to fall flat and have many issues with moderate use but I know that I didn't buy the highest quality furniture so I should have expected that and they are still functional.
I had to call a few times over the month in order to get it sorted out, but every time I called, Marjen was receptive and gave me updates.
Unfortunately, when they removed my coffee table from the box they noticed that it was chipped. Thankfully they told me they could leave the chipped table and order a replacement right away.
Overall, if you're looking for good discount furniture in the area you can trust Marjen.
