Furniture was diverse, affordable, and of decent quality. Staff was helpful in helping pick out pieces and arranging pickup. No nonsense - you get what you pay for.
Frustrating. Bought a new dresser, had to pick it up myself due to low delivery capacity, and it broke within a couple of weeks of purchase...all for a piece of furniture that cost $300. Not worth it. Avoid.
Bought a couch and matching chair that were supposed to be gray. When they arrived, they were obviously blue (even their delivery men agreed). We have yet to meet someone that said this was gray. The store that this is in fact gray and that we could get store credit only to return it. We decided to keep it. Fast forward 1 week and this is the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I have ever sat on. I bring my kitchen chair over to watch tv now.
Fabulous customer service. Avis spent a long time helping me purchase furniture over the phone (long distance for my daughter's move to Chicago). Great quality furniture for a great price. Delivery was on time and professional.
I have no idea what made me like it in the store. I guess it's a buyer beware world. Oh well. Only wasted a thousand bucks.
