No decency, no respect for the neighborhood/neighbors, shady shady, I will be reporting to the better business bureau, I hope they get investigated! Take your car to someone else!!! How dare you do that to people!
This place is the reason why consumers cannot trust mechanics, it is very unfortunate. My breaks went out completely and I had no idea why. My family friend mechanic, which you should find if you don't have one, was busy so I took my car here because it was the closest to my house. I told them I did not have a lot of money and just wanted to see what was wrong.
I bought the parts and went to my family friend a couple days later. They were right I did need a new left caliper but it did not cost $89 like they said, at auto zone it was $49 and guess what? I DID NOT NEED ANY REAR PARTS ON MY BREAK CYLINDERS AT ALL, in fact, THEY DID NOT EVEN TAKE MY REAR TIRES OFF AT ALL. They lied, completely fabricated that I needed those parts. They said the parts were over $200 and they cost me $17 for each of them (2) and the labor would have been far less than they quoted but I didn't even need those parts so I returned them. My mechanic new they did not even take my rear tires off or the brake apart because he had to beat them off just to look inside and the parts were perfectly dry no leaks or anything!
An excellent auto shop, they're prices are very reasonable. The work is done fast, and they have a discount for cash.
The "receptionist" Stephanie was very polite and seemed helpful. They did not look at my car when they said they would but I understand they were busy so I went to rent a car. Then she called me and said I needed a new front left caliper and 2 back break cylinders and it would be about $350. She said they bled the breaks so I could drive it but they would go out again..or something. It sounded like a lot so I googled the parts and they were FAR LESS than she said the parts were. The labor I understand.
Friendly, fair, trustworthy. I've had fairly basic work done here (oil changes, tire rotations, muffler replacement) and have been very satisfied. Appreciate their willingness to be flexible - getting me in immediately for an oil change at 4 pm, letting me leave the car over the weekend while out of town. Highly recommended.
BUYER BEWARE!! THEY ARE SHADY LIARS, MENTIROSOS!!!! STAY AWAY! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!
They are so helpful and friendly. Prices are really fair too. I am so glad I found a reliable place that I can always go back to whenever something is needed.
Since, the parts were far less than what she said I just waited to get my car to the family friend and had to pay for rental until then.
Trust worthy. I have all my work done here. Even oil changes.
