I was promised the car 2 to three days, I was given it back in seven days. 75% of the things that I wanted done and were required for repair of the vehicle were not done. Articles inside of my vehicles were stolen. A full diagnostic and an array of tests were never performed. I am now receiving massive error codes due to simple overlooking of necessary and simple tasks that were to be performed in the first place. Edward the owners answer to everything was, "I don't know anything technical I just collect the bills".
Previously I was bringing my car to a different mechanic, whom informed me my engine was bad and needed to be replaced. Afterwards most times when turning left my engine would stall. After months of bringing it back to the other mechanic and thousands of dollars later the problem still existed. Edwards mechanic took it for a test drive, simply cleaned the fuel filter informing me it looked like it had never been cleaned before, and I have not had that issue since. And I was not charged a dime for that service as a brand new walk-in customer. I have not even considered changing mechanics since.
Try to sell me a transmission that I didn't need
I have been bringing my cars here for quite some time and have not had any issues with the service. I highly recommend Edward and his very skilled mechanics.
This man is not a cheat or a liar, I have been here multiple time from holes in starters to broken break lines. He never has tried to overcharge me. Always finished my car quickly. And Always shown me the problem visually afterward. And always calls and gives estimates before he start working on the vehicle.
Went to Quality Car Repair for an engine installation and spoke with Edward the owner. He promised me that I would be more than satisfied and happy with the results of the repair. I ended up having to print out detailed shop manuals for them and explaining exactly what I wanted done to the car. His reply was don't tell me anything, I know everything about car repair, there is nothing that I don't know about car repair you cannot tell me anything that I do not already know.
I'm now taking my car to another auto repair mechanic to assess the problems and address the solution from the work on my vehicle that was never performed. Edward the owner does a great song and dance, I fell for it, but you don't have to. The positive reviews you've read so far are fake. Go to yelp to read the true story about this place.
