Brought my car in for repairs after an accident. From day one speaking to Diamond, and later speaking with Fred I knew my car was at the right place. I’m pretty picky when it comes to service in general. I was so impressed with the level of service I received from B&L. They are definitely top notch. Went to pick up my car today and it looks like nothing ever happened. They did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Diamond, Fred, and Gino were great from beginning to the end.
Excellent service! They were very prompt with turn around time and my car looked immaculate. I was receiving updates on the status via email, which meant I did not have to contact the business or wonder on status. Very friendly staff and great customer service. Would highly recommend to everyone.
I had some major damage on my vehicle that I was going to be paying out of pocket (not through an insurer). They were sympathetic to my situation and worked hard to make sure they could find me quality replacement parts at an amazing price point. Not only that, the work they did installing all the parts is second to none.

I never thought I'd have an enjoyable experience going to an auto body shop but B&L has completely changed that. The quality of work they do is unmatchable, Gino will not let a car off that lot until it looks the absolute best it possibly can. They staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. As a girl who doesn't know much about cars, I never feel taken advantage of or overcharged, the team is honest and genuine. After my last two visits and the incredible customer service and care I received, I will never go anywhere else!
Aside from all that, what really sold me on this body shop was a conversation that I had with Gino, one of the owners. He checked up on me to make sure my experience was positive and I had a chance to talk with him then. It’s clear that he’s the type of person that wants to do right by his customers and it’s easy to see that great service is a passion of his.
