Reliable isn't a fancy dealership. The interior is worn. It's your more typical gas - station throwback (no gas stops here.) However, their work is second to none. They use dealership (car manufacturer) parts. My family owned an auto service business. After it closed, I was lucky enough to find a place that does quality work. I've had my Honda Pilot for 8 years and a BMW for 12. They take great care of both. I always recommend Reliable to everyone I know with a car.
Did a great job, fair prices, and very friendly. My only complaint is my car smelled like cigarette smoke for a few days after. This may not bother some, but it really bothers me :(

These guys are amazing- so kind and very fair pricing. They stayed late even to make certain I had my car, as I need it for transportation for my son. They walked me through all items done in the repair and went way above expectations. I am so lucky to have found an honest mechanic I can trust!!! I will be coming here only for all repairs and oil changes from now on!
If I could give a zero I would. Brought my 94 Ford Explorer for a crankshaft sensor problem, charged me over 800. I thought the car was fixed but I was wrong. I was driving on I55S turning off on Weber rd when my car died again in 90° weather Memorial weekend. So I had it towed to my regular mechanics in Joliet (Wrecks) they looked at it and said it wasn't fixed in the first place. Run don't walk out of this place. You'll be lucky if they even speak to you. Waste of money.
