Ursula is the greatest!!!! John, Stanley and Mike are awesome!!! They do excellent mechanic work. They work with you and tell you the truth about how they will go about repairing your car. I love you guys and gal!!!
New to the area so I had to trust Google and Yelp reviews...You were all correct. This company is great! Ursula is friendly and fun at the service counter. John and his crew did great work. Pointed out another job that "could" be done but said - "on a car this old, I don't know if I would invest the money. We'll just keep an eye on it." Most shops would have told me that this repair was necessary to keep me on the road. Gotta appreciate the honesty!

Awesome Old School Service. John is an ex helicopter mechanic, so he has a real understanding of how important it is to get the job done right - the first time. Their quoting is accurate, they don't use cheap parts and service is spot on. And like the old days, when your job is finished, there will be a box of the parts that were replaced on your vehicle waiting for you when you pick your vehicle up.
Great service! Ursula was great help and also the mechanics. Hard to find a place that is trustworthy and friendly. I am glad I found this place.
They do excellent work.
However, at first I was told I would be paying less than if I had gone to the dealer. I ended up paying more. Paid two separate payments for a brake job. He explained why (accidently charged me for another customer's bill the first time so he had to charge me a second time)... ended paying more. I let it go.
