Firestone offers more than tires! The customer service is great in person. Its a long long long hold time on the phone to get someone...but they really do take care of your needs and are very friendly. Good service, overall.
I would give this place a negative five star if that's possible. This is one of the worst Firestone in Chicago. Service here is very slow, very poor customer service, and poor quality of service. I have couple occasions where my car wasn't even service upon arrival on the guaranteed time of deliverance. I have couple occasions where I or other customers have to argue with the service representative regarding service issues. One time I found my quarters are missing after my vehicle has been serviced, one time I found a big dent on my vehicle after serviced. Go somewhere else for service if possible.
I had my tire repaired here today. I was hoping it would only need a patch but told the serviceman that I would buy a tire if needed. They called me a couple hours after I dropped it off and told me only a patch was needed and that the car would be ready and repaired in less than an hour. The cost was small and the repair was quick and painless. I appreciated the honesty of the folks at Firestone because I was prepared to buy a new pair of tires. Thanks a lot! I'll be back next time my car needs service.

This is my go-to place for repairs, mainly because it's within walking distance of home and they take drop-offs without an appointment. The place is always super busy, but they're friendly and set good expectations of how much time the work will take and how much it'll cost. I've never had to return for a problem with any of the work they've done.
