Nurses here do not help at all, they complain when they are needed and I they do not answer when callled to the patients room. They are very rude and rough with patients. I asked for Pain medicine and she never came I'm still waiting for it. This hospital must undergo a new staff hiring. They do NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS AND DO NOT HEKP THE RIGHT WAY
I'm not sure if they are under staff need better training or both
Billing Department Has Never Returned My Calls So That I Can Give Them My Supplement Insurance Information But They Keep Billing Me & Sent Me A Final Notice. I've Tried Leaving A Message With The Supervisor Of That Department & She Doesn't Return My Calls Either. I Have Excellent Credit Which Will Be Ruined Because Of The Hospital Staff & They're shenanigans! I Switched My Patient Care From Theirs Months Ago Because I Felt Stigmatized & It's Definitely Not What I'm Accustom To The Way I Was Treated. They Should At Least Try To Be Part Of The Solution Instead Of PART OF THE PROBLEM!!
This hospital is HORRIBLE and one of the WORST hospital I have ever been to. Not only are the Nurses rude but they are unattended with patients. Especially the nurses from the NIGHT shift. Yesterday at night my grandfather was bleeding out because the nurse was unaware that the needle was removed it was until 9am that my two relative realize he had blood on his head and chest.
Was transferred to 7 people in 10 minutes all not knowing any information. Did not help me at all with the questions I had. Do not go to this hospital, they do not care about anything you ask and will not help you whatsoever. I won't even talk about the time I was in the ICU here. Avoid this place upon your best interest regarding yours or anyone else's health.
