I went there after being told they were Englewood Urgent Care also. They took x-rays days right away. I was taken to a bed in the ER. I was left waiting to see a doctor. She came half an hour later. She told me that someone would be in shortly to administer an IV. I waited 45 minutes only to have a nurse come in to tell me that the meds would be admitted shortly. An hour later, nothing has happened so I left. I have COPD and asthma. I went in because I couldn't breathe only to be treated like it was nothing. Worst hospital ever! I'll never go there again.

Instead he perscribe a SLEEPING PILL at a low dose for my anxiety. I have twins. I need my energy.

Why deny a patient who has consistently used a medicine that helps them because DOCTOR is making decisions on assumes and future circumstances that aren't real. But my past show a solid track record of me being responsible with my medication. And any incompliance is if I'm NOT taking it but never OVERUSE/ABUSE of my medicine.

Attempted to reach the psychiatric department and my call was sent to maybe 5 different people. I also went to their emergency room and waited for maybe 6 hours when I was told that they couldn’t do anything. No referrals, nothing. I only spoke with the doctor for maybe 2 minuets, and the only thing he could provide me was a paper telling my employer where I went.

The first time I came here was about a month ago. I waited 7 hours to be seen. Today, I waited 4 hours, only for me to suggest medications from the doctor and for him to tell me he doesn't really know what's wrong and to follow up with my primary doctor. If you are reading this, please Google the reviews of Chicago hospitals before going. The waiting room today ONLY HAD 3 people in front of me...I'm thinking "yes, I'll be in and out". They called someone before me who came in 2 1/2 hours after me. I had to go to the registration desk to see what was going on. They forgot about me...it's filthy, operated by incompetent staff, bums walking around freely, a hot mess... I couldn't believe my eyes...don't do it if you have a choice!

But the doctor said he doesn't want to prescribe it to me because it's habit forming. (I haven't formed any pill habits in 3 years since using it) . In a previous visit he suggested he might prescribe it because I have a huband at home to monitor my use. Basically implying that I'm a "potential" drug addict and can't be responsible to take care of medication. DISPITE I SHOWED HIM A 11 MONTH OLD BOTTLE OF KOLONPIN WITH MY NAME ON IT WITH 7 pills out of 30.

Been sitting out in da waitting area 1hr wit 2 sick kids and no one has came out to take there names to be seen yet

This dr. Harris is extremely rude and insensitive and prejudice. I requested a refill for an anti anxiety Medicine that I've been using for 3 years. But unfortunately switch insurances and was directed to dr.harris. I told him that I hate trying new medication and rejected switching antipsychotic. (Rather deal with side effects I know will happen, instead of experimenting) I told him that my husband and I are going through a separation and I've been having anxiety, trouble staying asleep and going to sleep. I was running out of my kolonpin that was prescribed and refilled several times over the course of 3 years. I had multiple full bottles that got lost or stolen. I only use kolonpin AS NEEDED. I also suffer from panic attacks.

He schedules all his patients for their appointment at 2pm-3pm-4pm... I've visited him 3 times. I got there at 2pm and he didn't even enter the building until 4pm!!! 10 patients were waiting. Why schedule appointments and NOT come to work on time????? And today I came again at 2pm...again he didn't enter the building until 3:30pm. So now imaging waiting for him to START see every patient before you on the list 1-2hrs later from your appointment. Totally unprofessional. Poor service. They need to close this place down or replace ENTIRE staff. Dr. Harris needs to retire and allow for someone more qualified to get his paycheck.

The out patient psychiatric facility is HORRIBLE. ESPCIALLY DR. CHARLES HARRIS!!!!!

Horrible horrible horrible Doctor. I've learned from strangers how have had him say the exact same thing: He does NOT listen to his patients. He treats patients based on the area that they live. Extremely prejudice. He does not try to understand or build relationships.
