I love my doctor. But I hate this clinic, the check in clerk's have no intelligence or common courtesy.
The staff here is so unprofessional. I hate the fact my original doctor quit & recommended me to come here. The wait time is horrible as well. Not planning on coming back here.
This place sucks big time had noon appointment 1:30p an I'm still sitting here can't tell me why it's taking so long for me to be seen. The two girls at the front desk I don't even think they knew there own names. Never again -10 is what this place get from me
Only word to describe this place is horrible! Not only do they break hippa and osha rules constantly. But the front desk girls have the worst attitudes. Lazy unprofessional & overall rude. My doctor told me my sister sees him. He shouldn’t disclose that information. Major hippa violation. I will be contacting the state board regarding other manners too. This is a medicaid office so its like a zoo in there. STAY AWAY PEOPLE
I had an appointment at 10:15 am today, I arrived here at 9:45 am it is now 11 am and I am still waiting. Why isn't my time as a patient respected? I had to wait 2 weeks for my appointment because I came twice as a walk in and both times I was tuned away. Thus is not the first time I go through the same situation. All I am asking is for my time to be respected, I am a student and I will be arriving late to class because of this clinic not respecting my appointment time. I arrived half an hour before my appointment and about 6 patients with no appointment were signed in before me, yet when I came as a walk in I was turned away. I am very dissatisfied with the services of not only this location but your calling center needs some help too, maybe some retraining. The receptionists at the clinic need major HIPPA and customer service training. I don't want to hear about other patient issues while I'm standing in front of them waiting to be checked in, that makes me wonder if other patients hear about my medical issues too. Highly unprofessional, I also was told by the receptionist that the doctor arrived late, yet they took walk ins?
