Called to obtain specifications on a phone to make sure it would work with my carrier, and the salesperson was extremely rude, saying it was "too much work" to give me the specs! Can you believe it? Guess they just don't want to sell something to me...jerks.
This store is great. The owner working there is very knowledgeable. I went there to buy a replacement phone and he has a great selection. They even price matched too to the current pricing online. I would recommend this place. if your looking for a high end just released model check with this store.
Called and was told my order was fraud and they don't ship iphones still see the charge on my card and guy who answered was very rude stay away and help yourself
My friends bought a DVD player to work in Europe. I was with them and they clearly stated that the purpose was for it to work in Europe. There was no doubt that the seller understood, because he even included a plug to work in Europe. When my friends tried to use the DVD player in Europe, they got a bunch of smoke from the machine and that was that. Fortunately, the player did not ruin their TV set. When I went back to Overseas Electronics to report this to them, they said there was nothing they could do. They seemed very defensive. I will not be returning to this store and I recommend that you avoid it as well.
Quick delivery. The item didn't work out for me as it doesn't work in the US (they could make that more clear in their catalog) but the return was handled decently. I had to send one reminder to get the refund but it arrived promptly after that. (It was a purchase in the $100 range.) Good range of products and prompt service. Would consider ordering again if the need arose.
