Thanks

The Dell laptop I purchased here for work probed to be incredibly unreliable. After an issue with the laptop not charging and throttling performance, I sent the device back to Dell. They "repaired" it, but the issue has begun to occur again. Now they won't repair or assist me without me paying $159. Beware Dell products!

Worst experience ever, bought a surface pro 4 about a year ago, it had serious issues, I got it replaced twice in this shop and they didn't help at all. Today I went there the 4th time trying to get some help. They sell garbage product and treat customers like trash, long story short, I declined their offer to get me a new one (because there is no way to convince me that the 4th machine is gonna be better than the first 3), then I changed my mind in an hour, they refused to help me and implied that none of them have seen the issues I had, like it was my fault. So I'm stuck with the unusable machine like in the picture.

First, it's not quite a store. It's essentially a kiosk in a small mall with no parking.

Great service. I broke my Surface screen. I bought a new Surface Pro and Fred was very helpful with the set up

Purchased Xbox 1 from here 2.5 yrs ago for $500. Xbox malfunctioned (could not turn it on anymore) without any damage done to it. It was outside of warranty period so paid $105 for a replacement at this store. The replacement was faulty and did not turn on either. When I brought the console back, I was told they did not carry any replacement models and that I needed to check other stores. So I asked for a refund of the $105 replacement fee that was paid since the replacement was another faulty product. They tested it and confirmed it was indeed broken. They refunded the fee, but proceeded to take the Xbox away, leaving me with no Xbox at all. I questioned this and the manager at this store (Brent or Brenton) very rudely and condescendingly stated I asked for a refund so I'm getting the $105 back and they're taking the console, which is an insane concept. I explained to him if that's the case, he should give me back my original console so I can take it elsewhere for a replacement not leave me without any console after I've purchased it for $500 not too long ago. He visibly got angry and got to a point he was shaking his head at us and raising his voice.

Second, while my experience at this establishment was fair and the employee that helped me out was pleasant (even providing a solid discount), I want to caution against purchasing any Dell products here.

Very unhelpful employees. Went there to get my keyboard replaced for surfacebook Pro. It was giving me problems. I couldn’t recreate the problem, they guy didn’t even help me do that. He looked at it for 30 seconds and said I don’t see a problem then proceeded to work on his computer in front of me. It is very rude customer service. If I didn’t need the windows 10 platform for my school, I would have paid 2500 for a MacBook Pro instead.

I understand that things break (and in this scenario they charge you a replacement fee to give you another broken item), and somethings are out the sales people's control. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding of the situation from both parties. Regardless, i left this store with no real solution, no replacement, and a whole lot of humiliation and frustration. It was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I've experienced.
