Two of our meals, which happened to be the same were nothing short of horrible. The beef and cheddar panini was extremely dry. I could barely choke it down even after asking for extra horseradish sause, that BTW was never put on in the first place. The smoked salmon bagel was said to be very good as well as the firehouse burger.

Great service, delicious food! My friends and I enjoyed our meal and the waiter was really professional and friendly

Waited 45 minutes for our meals. After asking how much longer, we were told the ticket was lost in the machine! This could have been avoided if our very unattentive waitress would have checked in! We had to ask for refills of drinks, for napkins and utensils....all things that should be routine. The manager did come to the table to apologize and offered us chips and guacamole.

Busy day here, but the staff and food was awesome. Would definitely come here again.

It is located just south of the main Zoo grounds and offers a spectacular view of the nature boardwalk at the Lincoln Park Zoo, as well as the wonderful Chicago skyline.

For nearly $95 I would have expected more.

It's a beautiful historic building from the 1900's in the prairie style and is an official landmark.

There is a restaurant on the first floor which is called The Patio Cafe. They offer seasonal lunch and dinner as well as weekend brunch. Check the website for times and dates that they're open, they are currently closed.

They rent the building itself for private events and weddings. You can check their website for more information.

I have never eaten here and I will never eat here because yesterday (Mother's Day), my daughter and I were visiting the Zoo when she fell down and hurt he knee badly and I went to the ice cream store near by for a band-aid and they told me to ask the restaurant host at The Patio. So I did and they looked at me like I asked them to pull a rabbit out of a hat. I said surely you have band-aid in your kitchen in case one of your cooks gets hurt and they confusingly said no without even checking to see. Luckily a very nice lady visiting the Zoo as well overheard me and quickly whipped out a medical kit from her purse. NO ONE seemed to care or apologize. They were not concerned the slightest. People today.

Went here for an event which was on the second floor in the Grand Ballroom.

They also have an ice cream shop where you can just walk up for a delicious treat on a hot summer day.
