I've been eating muscle maker grill for the past two weeks straight. 5 days a week when I'm at work for breakfast & lunch! It's clean tasting, fills me up, the food is made fast, & is always neat looking and not just thrown in sloppy looking or messy. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I want to eventually try everything on the menu but I'm hooked on the chicken and bacon sandwich with rice and beans and the breakfast burrito!! They are amazing! The smoothies are fantastic also! I would highly recommend this place before anywhere else nearby!
The good: The service was very friendly when I walked in and ordered. Once I did it was only 5-10 mins until it was ready to go. Took home and consumed, and it was pretty tasty! Nothing too fancy and that's okay, but the godfather bowl was hearty and healthy with plenty of chicken
Overall: Fast, friendly, healthy, and good! A good option for a quick grab to carry out.
3 strikes and your out. First time I ordered online it was Memorial Day weekend, I ordered online for pick up and the store was closed. If I had know I would have gone grocery shopping. Why is the website accepting orders if your not even open?

Second time I requested no turkey bacon for each meal, and there was turkey bacon on everything.
Great food lala was our cashier and she was just wonderful so attentive and she had a genuine smile on her face the entire time. I’d go back just for her!!
Third time I placed an order in the morning came back to pick it up at night and my order was never made. No apology from the person working, instead they said "the person working this morning should have made it". No apologies, no offer to deliver the food or anything to rectify the situation. The person working the desk didn't even know how to refund a debit card. What a nightmare. I give this place 12 months until it goes out of business.
The not-so-good: A little pricey, $9 -$10, for one meal. Not much to offer atmosphere wise if you decide to eat in.

I love the concept, however this place has some issues it needs to work out. First and foremost, most of the employees need to learn how to interact with their customers. Asking a question and getting an answer is like pulling teeth here. Second, the food could be better and it seems like some of the food is pre-cooked in order to save time. I once ordered chicken and it was very dry and tasted like it was sitting around and warmed up after ordering it. Ordered a burger and same thing, dry and warm to the touch. A freshly made burger should be hot and juicy. If you are going to order a burger or chicken, be sure to tell them to make it fresh. I will be paying attention to this next time. If not satisfied I will not be returning. Get it together MMG or you are not going to last much longer.
