Bison Quinoa Hash $8.49 (Size small) – Bison, quinoa, red kidney beans, brown rice, onion, and red pepper. Microwave for a minute or I could eat it cold. This dish has a little kick to it and was very good.
Snap kitchen is a great stop for a quick, fresh lunch. Order online and pick up, or walk in and pick out whatever! They make it really easy by color-coding everything: red= red meat, green = vegetarian, yellow = chicken, blue = fish/sea. The food is super fresh, usually made same day. I've only had one thing here I didn't like (and I've been here a lot (it was the scramble with goat cheese - waaaaaaay too much pepper)). Pricing is pretty fair and all food is pre-portioned. Come get your lunch here!
Name your diet and they pretty much have it covered and the food isn't boring. A bit pricey but with some thought easy enough to balance out a days menu. Best of all a great staff.
this place is amazing, I'm a full time student and work full time, I just do not have the time for the time. this place is awesome. it's healthy, quality and delicious a little on the bland side for the carrot ginger soup if the add a little more seasoning it will be great. however the meat loaf meal was amazing and very satisfying and filling. great for on the go
The refrigerated shelves were neatly lined with prepackaged food under different categories – veggies, seafood, poultry and meat. There’s also a snack, salad and dessert section. Each of the meal has an oven and microwave instructions on them for reheating, or I feel like I can just eat some of them cold.
House Smoked Salmon $5 – This salmon salad was creamy and delicious, but I think I like tuna salads better in general. It is made with with red onion, celery, almond milk, and lemon juice.
