This place is a big pile of feces. Reserved a spot here and once arrived this man immediately turned me away stated "there's no room" and walked away from me. What kind of service is that. No explanation, nothing!!! Why would u take my money then turn around and tell me there isn't any space once I've arrived!! Will never do business here again. Jokes on him, we found free parking on the corner.
We made a mistake with parking I wanted to pass along to you guys... the garage at 1250 Dearborn charges $50 for 24 hours of parking. If you spend an additional 1-30 minutes in the garage it costs an additional $26. We didn't think about that as we were finishing up shopping which was a bummer.
I'm giving a one star rating to the garage for the huge overage fees. Not cool.
