To top it off, they overcharged us, failing to understand basic arithmetic, adding additional days to the bill. I Had to go through the credit card company to get it resolved.
Parking in and around Midway is really expensive. This place is no exception. It was a small lot but they got the job done.
Grossly understaffed. Waited over half hour to be picked up from airport. Very disrespectful
Beware. This place is shady. I should have taken note when I dropped my car off, there was a police officer on the lot tending to a poor woman whose car was badly damaged by someone there. I heard the officer talking to the staff, he said "what's going on, I can see at least 3 other cars with damage here". The officer then noted he saw security cameras on site that may have caught who damaged these cars. The staffer replied that the cameras don't actually work, possibly to avoid admitting that they in fact, did the damage.
The guys charged me more than what I owe them. They use calendar days instead of hours to charge you. Beware when you choose to park here. It's not worth the hassle to do that. I would just park at the airport parking for $15 instead of here. The price comes out to be about the same anyway. And you don't have to deal with frauds.
Safe, reliable, personable. Will use them again. Parking spaces are a bit tight but workable.
