I've been parking here for several years. This past week I got a car wash for the first time. The day after I returned home I notice I have a huge dent in the top of my front passenger door and the paint is cracked. Theirs no rust and the paint would pell off if it was washed it must have happened after the car wash and it has been in my garage since I got home. I called 5 days later (it was a busy week) I called them to ask if they video their lot and I was immediately their worst enemy. My car is not worth a lot so no big deal but I'm sure not going to leave our family car there for vacations and I plan to stop using them all together. Typical Chicago attitude from these guys.
