Second time I come here first to the South parking and then this one but try not to park here because it's closer to the park where the bean is and lots of people park here so u will have hard time finding a spot the South one has more space and price it's the same it goes over 35 $ if u spend 2 hours and up

You will never know that you entered the wrong garage because they chose not to install PH scanner on entrance. What you will have to do is to pay full fare on exit when your PH discount is rejected.

BEWARE of Parking Hero scam! The same company owns entire garage space under Michigan Ave. One garage is called SOUTH and the other is NORTH. They advertise a special on Parking Hero counting on the fact that one will not distinguish the two.

Total rip off! Stay away from these scam artists! Park on the adjacent streets parking garages instead.

Worst experience of my life! I have never been so disrespected by anyone like I was by the staff at this garage. We were in town for an event at Grant Park, when the event ended we tried to leave the garage only to find out they have closed all the exits. The staff said it was due to Chicago Police and if we had a problem with it then we should "go find a cop" and talk to them. I don't have an issue with the fact the garage may have been close due to public safety after a major event, but had there been signs posted advising as such then I would not have parked there. Instead, the garage took my money with no issue, but they made a decision to close without properly advising its patrons ahead of time so we knew what the risks of parking there might be. I highly recommend anyone find other above ground parking so you don't get screwed like we did. The 2+ hour delay was not worth the $37 we paid to park and the huge inconvenience that came with it. Beware of this garage and the poor treatment you will receive from the staff and the unexpected delays they will cause you.

Great place to park if you are visiting millennium park. Its clean, accepts online booking and has plenty of parking space. You can take the elevator to go to the park. There are plenty of people coming and going out so you will feel secure. I will recommend you to book it online through parking portals otherwise it's expensive.

The garage itself is great but the customer service is horrendous! The employees always have an attitude. Very rude and disrespectful. There is no need to behave this way to your customers. None. I have had to put up with it but today was it for me. I walked into the office to see an older woman employee being extremely rude to a male customer. The man was worried about having his car towed because he parked in a stall but they would not let his car out. The older woman employee said to the man, "Do you see a tow truck?". Not, "Don't worry sir, you will not be towed" or "I promise you won't be towed. You are fine"....just attitude. I thought to myself WOW! After him, it was my turn to be taken car of. I needed to pay my monthly balance. I gave the older woman my key card and my credit card. She asked what company I worked for. I told her. She asked my name. I told her. She asked me to spell my name I spelled it and I let her know it was the same spelling as on my credit card (which was in her left hand). She then mouthed "I'm not looking at your card, that's why I asked you to spell it". Excuse me? Who did this woman think she was sassing? I did not say a word. I let her go on with her horrendous attitude. Said "Thank you" and left. When I had the opportunity I called and asked to speak to a manager and guess what? She's the manager. I told her the reason for my call. I told her that it was very inappropriate for her employees to be so disrespectful to their customers and this is what she said to me, and I quote: "You have no idea the back end of things. Payment is due on the 1st of each month. You people come in here with late payments and expect us to be happy with you.".....Uh, yes. Yes I do expect you to treat me with respect. This woman tried to justify her disgusting attitude. Unbelievable! She can't even manage her behavior how is she trusted to manage customers? I told her that just because my payment was late that does not justify her being ugly with me or anyone else. Just like we don't know the back end of things she does not know the back end of our lives. I asked for her name and she refused to give me her name because she knows she was in the wrong.
