The staff was extremely rude. After being called, I waited in the back room for 55 minutes before the doctor came in. After seeing the doctor, I waited in the lobby 15 minutes for discharge papers. While waiting in the lobby, the nurse called me back and told me that they forgot to check my temperature. After checking my temperature, I waited an additional 20 minutes and was given only an hand written doctors note. I asked for discharge papers and the lady at the desk told me that If I wanted them then I would have to spend additional time waiting for them. For some reason the doctor put my prescription in as a mail in order. I asked if she could change it so that I could pick it up instead, but I was told that I would have to sign in again and wait until the rest of the patients (at least 15) have been seen to speak to the doctor.
I would've gave them a better rating because they was so nice and professional but it took them 2 hours just to give me a drug test and physical.
Absolutely one of the nicest doctors i ever seen. The nurse was very nice as well.
Concentra Pullman District is highly recommended. They have a great and wonderful, professional staff. The staff at this Concentra made me feel very comfortable. Whatever health issues that arise in the future ,Concentra will be thought of first. Thanks Concentra Pullman District!
The staff was pretty good, but the nurse did not seem to be fully aware of what was wrong with me. Every time she said something regarding my symptoms, it was “I think”. I did not feel comfortable with allowing someone who’s always thinking and not knowing diagnose me with something. I left there in more pain than I came. She prescribed me pills to take for my tonsilits that caused my throat to hurt worse due to me having to swallow the pills. I sought help elsewhere and they gave me something to numb my throat and pain so that I can take my meds. I will not be going back here when in Chicago visiting.
