I am going here for a back problem. My trainer is Katie, she started me doing some things that has nothing to do with my back. But I trusted her and she has really helped me. I am virtually pain free at this point. Plus she is just a very nice person, most of the trainers are at this facility. They always all seem to be in a great mood, each and every time I go there. They are also very supportive of you and each other. I have my last visit in two days, and I am going to miss going there.
Athletico is the official physical therapy provider for the Chicago Bulls, Blackhawks, and several other very impressive clientele. I am a runner and I went there to get a free injury consultation when I was experiencing knee pain, then ended up going back for two months' worth of sessions. My PT was knowledgeable, patient, nonjudgmental, and understanding. I never had to wait very long to start my appointment, and their medical billing was spot-on. I really liked how they give printouts with instructions for all of the suggested exercises and stretches (I've been to other PT offices where they didn't do that). My only complaint is that sometimes the facilities got very crowded, and my PT would be splitting time with me and one or two other patients simultaneously. There were several instances also where she had me work with other staff when she needed to focus on other patients. Overall, though, the quality of the treatment was very good and I saw noticeable improvement in my knee pain within just a few weeks.
wonderful facility and good customer service. My Therapist Kim Knerzer is the best!! she did awesome job in dealing with my Foot and saved me surgery . she was very patient and very accommodating to my needs
I really appreciated her help and gave me my healthy foot back
