Customer service is excellent. They care about your pet more then the sale.
Has everything you need. We stop in for nail trims which are always taken care of quickly by their friendly staff. It's a bit expensive as they cater more to yuppie pups but they are the closest in the area and have everything your companion needs.
Since Parkers pets closed here in Hyde Park I decided to go here again. Its been years but they still came through and the staff were lovely, inviting and knowledgeable! Our new pet store for all my girls needs!
