no complaints here; wouldn't mind less variability in pricing, however.
I've used them several times with out of state moves, excellent company. They even gave me a discount for booking again. Also, they've always only had my furniture for 3 days and I've relocated between the West and East Coast. Nothing was ever broken and they only charge you for the feet that you actually use.
To be clear, I'm not a customer. I was just walking home when the ABF U-pack truck slammed into the el train. It was full of someone's possessions. The top of the box trailer was ripped off, smashed and peeled back. Ask about their insurance coverage!
U-Pack provided a seamless moving experience. Their services are much less expensive than their competitors - I saved ~$500. They also offer considerably greater flexibility with respect to pick up/delivery options and they do not require a minimum 30-day rental of the portable storage unit. Lastly, their customer service is outstanding!
The men were very much on time. Very cooperative. Very professional. Moving from IL to AZ was a first big move for me. Nothing was broken and on time. I would use them again. AND refer them to anyone.
