My move with this organization was nothing short of professional. I had 3 excellent movers - Sylvester, Antonio, and Edward. Door to door the entire move took 3 hours exactly. They were very quick and took care of everything! They asked for my preference on wrapping or stacking several times and made sure I was happy with their service. They took great care in wrapping breakable items, tying up cords, and getting larger items through doorways. And they genuinely seemed happy to do so! They were very friendly. They shrink wrapped my larger items and furniture to the point where I could no longer see the color of the item. They worked very well together and made sure no one of them was being inefficient. They arrived at my new apartment in a very timely manner and communicated with the door person. They made sure I wasn't lifting any heavy items and arranged them in a readily unloadable fashion in my new apartment. 10/10 for these guys and their services!
The Professionals were awesome! They were recommended by a friend. The guys arrived on schedule and never stopped moving. They even stopped to pick up some pieces of jewelry that I packed rather poorly! We had to move into a construction zone as work is in process on our place. Even that wasn’t as bad as the team from the Professionals left things wrapped and stacked so we can manage for now. Thanks guys!!
I recently used The Professionals for a second time, and their service was consistently excellent. I can't imagine a better choice for handling a move. The Professionals set the standard for moving services.
Sylvester and his team were excellent!! Called ahead so we were prepared for arrival and we're even on early. They easily found parking and began working almost immediately. They remained helpful professional and efficient throughout the entire process. We even had a small hiccup where a set of keys got wrapped up with furniture in the back of the truck!! But they were still willing to climb and maneuver and found it for us without a single complaint. They finished loading and unloading our entire 2 bed/1bath in almost exactly 4 hours. At new residence they helped unpack the sturdily wrapped furniture and assembled most all things before leaving. I will add they definitely charge for wrapping and taping so try and do most things yourself to save money (does add up quick), but they protected all of our property. Would definitely recommend and request to use these same movers again!!
The guys were the best i could imagine. Arrived promptly at 8am and immediately got to work. Handled everything with care, and had us done within 2 and 1/2 hours! Way better (and cheaper) than the service i used last time and will absolutely use these true professionals again! Special Thanks to Andres, Leo, and Jorge. How you guys can carry some things was truelly impressive!
